Effective Date: April 22nd, 2026

By working with Boosted Branding, you agree to the following terms and expectations.

1. Scope of Services

Boosted Branding provides marketing, advertising, content creation, web development, and consulting services. The exact scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon before any project begins.

2. Performance & Results Disclaimer

We focus on strategies that are designed to generate growth, leads, and sales. However, results are not guaranteed.

Marketing performance can vary based on factors such as:

  • Industry and competition

  • Offer and pricing

  • Existing brand presence

  • Market conditions

  • Customer behavior

Clients should not expect guaranteed profitability, specific revenue targets, or immediate results.

3. Client Expectations

By working with Boosted Branding, you can expect:

  • Clear communication and honest feedback

  • Strategic direction based on proven methods

  • Ongoing optimization and improvement

However, clients should understand:

  • Not all campaigns or content will perform equally

  • Some strategies require testing and time to refine

  • Content performance can depend on brand presence and participation

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their business

  • Approving or providing feedback in a timely manner

  • Supplying necessary assets when required

Delays in communication or missing information may impact results and timelines.

5. Payments & Billing

All services are billed according to agreed pricing and are due within Net 30 terms unless otherwise stated.

Failure to make payment may result in:

  • Paused or discontinued services

  • Suspension of active campaigns

  • Removal of access to managed services

All payments for third-party services (including ad spend, software, hosting, or tools) are the responsibility of the client and should be paid directly by the client.

6. Ownership & Access

Clients retain full ownership of:

  • Ad accounts

  • Websites

  • Content and assets

  • Marketing platforms and tools

Boosted Branding does not retain ownership of client assets. All accounts should be created under the client’s name and billing information.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We work with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other tools. We are not responsible for issues outside of our control, including:

  • Account suspensions

  • Policy changes

  • Platform outages or restrictions

8. Revisions & Scope Limits

We aim to work collaboratively and make reasonable revisions when needed. However, revisions must remain within the agreed scope of work.

Boosted Branding reserves the right to limit or decline excessive or repeated revisions that fall outside the original scope or do not align with strategic direction.

9. Communication

We aim to maintain clear and consistent communication. While clients are welcome to reach out at any time, response times may vary based on workload and availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Boosted Branding is not liable for performance outcomes such as lack of profitability, reduced engagement, or other business-related results.

All services are provided with the intent to improve performance, but outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

11. Termination

Either party may end the working relationship at any time. Any work completed up to that point must be paid in full.

12. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
